Great taste! After a hard work out at the … Great taste! After a hard work out at the gym I grabbed this recovery beverage. Mostly because I was thirsty but once I tasted one I was hooked. It does not claim to be an “energy” drink but it does replace electrolytes lost and adds extra suppliments to keep you going. It is lightly carbonated and refreshing.

Work Great and Taste Great These are great recovery drinks and I like the taste. I’ll drink one after a hard workout and it enables me to do other things afterwards (play softball, clean house, do homework, mow the lawn), instead of being a worn-out pile of nothing.
