Large amount of creatine per serving. I’ve been using creatine for a while now. My other creatine supplement ran out so I need some more. I purchased this product because I like like that it gives you 4.2 grams per serving just a lot of pills to swallow though which isn’t a deal breaker for me, will buy again.

Creatine I bought this creatine because I participate in heavy powerlifting. I have taken creatine since the 1980s. I don’t take creatine in high doses. Instead I take creatine in low doses. Those high loading doses and 5 gram maintenance doses per day are way to much for me. Creatine does help make the body stronger. Just make sure you drink a lot of water and fluids when taking creatine.
