is a small peptide compound composed of L-Arginine, Glycine, and L-Methionine, it is found in cardiac and muscle tissues of animals and humans, and acts as a reservoir for phosphate in a creatine phosphate or phosphocreatine form. Cells in the body known as adenosine triphosphate (ATP) are used for energy. Upon use it gets converted to ADP or AMP, there is an protein, adenosine monophosphate kinase (AMPK), that facilitates the conversion of AMP to ADP conversions. The creatine form found in the cell reservoirs help regenerate ADP to ATP so refuels the metabolic processes. The process of supplementing creatine may increase the overall pool of creatine and phosphocreatine in the cells. This increase may result in improved regeneration of ADP to ATP conversions and increases cellular energy storage. May result in improved power output, increased high-intensiy exercise capacity and promotes lean body mass. Supplementing Creatine with Beta-Alanine may have a synergistic effect with improved performance and strength.

The package – the resalable package has a clean look to it and is easy to take with you if need be I have been aware of the numerous benefits of creatine including:- Increased ATP (energy) production- Increased protein synthesis*** I recently found it has also been found to help with memory and protect against mental fatigueWhat I wasn’t aware of is that not all creatine products are created equal! Although labeled as a “pure” product I noticed some other ones I use to use would have various fillers, usually some unwanted protein and/or carbs. Knowing this, I…

Easy to drink or mix Exactly what it says on the tin. With previous products I had trouble actually drinking all my creatine; it doesn’t mix with water and some would always stick to my glasses. My older products may not have been micronized. This creatine also will refuse to mix with water, but the vast majority of it floats instead of sinking to the bottom of glasses. I found it’s easier to put small amounts of water, drink, then add more water.. in order to get all the creatine out…

Gets the job done. If it’s currently the best price, go for it. I’ve used 4 or 5 different creatine powders in the last few years. Some have been better than others, some were flavored, but to be perfectly honest it will always come down to price and general product for me.For the price (assuming it’s the lowest on the market when reading this) it’s the product to go with. One thing I’ve noticed is that it has a little more grainy than another closely priced bulk supplement offered on Amazon, but not a deal breaker for me.If this…
