100!! Ive always loves ISOPURE AMINOS.. for anyone curious this IS a BCAA blend (branch chain amino acids) this is the only BCAA i use. PERIOD!! Make the purchase. If you dont take AMINOS you need to get on it! BCAA are the basis protein synthesis!! You need it!!
Great Product, Awful Packaging! Great product, but jesus, make the container shorter and the opening wider so a human hand can actually fit inside to get the product in the bottom half of the container out. Ridiculously awful packaging design!
Overall a really good product. The taste is ok and I did notice that my soreness the day after a workout is significantly less. My only complaint is that the powder doesn’t dissolve very well into your drink so you have to keep stirring it. I put it in a bottle with an agitator and that helps a lot. Overall a really good product.
