Methyl Folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid or (6S)-5-MTHF) is the most biologically active form of folic acid. Quatrefolic is the 4th generation development in folate delivery. With certain inherited errors in metabolism and under a variety of physiologic stresses, the transformation of folic acid into the active form of folate either does not properly take place or is inadequate. Unlike folic acid, 5-MTHF can cross the blood-brain barrier. HEALTH CLAIM: Healthful diets with adequate folic acid may reduce a woman’s risk of having a child with certain brain or spinal cord defects.

Unbelievable!! took traditional creatine monohydrate before (Now Foods, Dymatize, ON) and always gained 5-7 lbs of water. This stuff is different. I couldn’t be happier with this creatine. I searched long and hard and creapure is the way to go!! I cannot stress this enough!!! No BS. I have cleaved up my diet a bit and have actually cut a few pounds. My Crossfit workouts are unbelievable. I am training 5-6 days a week and 0 soreness. I am killing it in these workouts!!! Definitely do not want to get off this…

I typically lift about three times a week, and by the third week of taking this I started to feel the difference. This stuff really works for me. My squat and bench now haven’t been so high since I was in my twenties.I mix one scoop (6g) of the powder in…
