Jade The Husky says:

Must Smell Nasty to my Four Cats We have four cats ranging from 5-13yrs old. Two (Maine Coons) of them love food and will eat anything I feed them (broccoli, carrots, corn, etc.). They are between 14-17 lbs. This is the first time I found something that they won’t go near!! I let them smell L Lysine chew and they quickly walked away, didn’t even lick it to give the chew a chance. My other two cats won’t try them either. Zero out of four cats would eat the chew, it must mean something!! Don’t waste your money! I would…

Nice looking product, but the cat won’t eat them. Cat won’t eat them.I’m somewhat conflicted in my review, as my cat’s decision making has some part to play here. The most interest she’s shown was to lick them once or twice and then nothing. I even left a few of these in the bowl by themselves, and tried delaying feeding to see if she’d try them – no…

Lauren P. says:

Picky cat won’t touch them I like the quality of this product, and they seem to be ideal in terms of size and treat consistency; however, my cat wouldn’t eat them. To be fair – she’s extremely picky, and has turned down all other Lysine treats as well – so I didn’t have high hopes that she’d eat these. I did try breaking it into pieces, and hiding in her kibble – but since the texture was chewier, she’d notice when she got a bite with a piece of this treat – and would spit out the mangled bit of treat. I passed these on…
