Nice low cost creatine without any odd tastes You never know how these types of products may taste, so it’s always a little scary to take that first sip, but have no fear with this product.I really can’t taste anything out of place when mixing this with juice or a protein shake. that being said, it does have a sort of chalky texture and it often settles to the bottom instead of dissolving, but if you swirl the glass around a little bit before each drink it’s fine.Great price. so nothing bad to say about the cost of…

Looking more fit I’m a 58 year old male that is beginning to feel the effects of age. My muscles are starting to atrophy (get smaller) even when I exercise, which I don’t do that much of anyway, so I needed something to help. I started taking this about 2 months ago and pretty much followed the directions and found myself starting to beef up and am feeling and looking a lot stronger than I was.

Good creatine, but doesn’t dissolve well I like NOW products. They are my exclusive brand for supplements. This is just raw creatine monohydrate and it works as any creatine should. The only problem is that it does not dissolve well at all. You have to either mix with something really thick like a smoothie, or you have to just stir up the glass vigorously and drink before the creatine settles to the bottom. I think they should grind the powder more finely; it might solve the problem.
