So far so good As expected
Great for acid reflux This brand and strength of L-Glutamine absolutely helps reduce my acid reflux at night when I am sleeping. From what I read it helps keep the valve tighter between the throat and the stomach. I take 2 when I go to bed and 2 when I wake up. Also, I think is might help with general muscle tone for working out.
