Highly recommended, just as good as the “name brands” I’ve been using BCAA’s or Amino Acid supplements for a long time and love having them during workouts. I previously bought a lot of the name brand stuff (BSN Amino X, Muscletech Amino Build, etc.) and then because of prices decided to try some bulk unflavored BCAA supplements instead and this is one of the best ones I’ve used and is an awesome price. Strong bitter taste. Mixes well with water. I think that after trying this product I can say that “unflavored” is not the same as “flavorless”. The instructions state to mix 1-2 scoops with water. Well I did that and almost gagged and lost it when the bitter and almost overpowering bitter taste took hold. I thought I could improve things by mixing this with another unflavored amino acid and it was worse. This is not a terrible thing if you are prepared to use something else to mask the taste.
