It’s a great supplement if you are strength training like me It’s a great supplement if you are strength training like me. I was looking for a post-workout shake which doesn’t have lots of carbs, and have EAAs and BCAAs. It tastes and mixes great with water. I am lactose intolerant, that’s why I don’t use whey protein, and if you’re like me, this is the product for you. In my opinion, it’s great for people who wanna lean out and save/put muscle mass. Amazing.
