I admit, I have no idea what I’m doing with this supplement – I read about it somewhere, about its benefits with energy & mental focus, two things I seem constantly without, and thought Yes, I must try this!So, I’ve tried it, and I swear every time I take it, it makes me tired. More joy! Less crank! I had been taking this supplement for several months (only one capsule per day in the morning) and my mood definitely did elevate.
