L-Carnitine and Graves’ disease (hyperthyroidism) I used this to regulate my TSH from a hyper state to normal (along with traditional medicine). I was on anti-thyroid drugs for a year and it helped my FT3/4 but did nothing for my TSH. So after reading about adding l-carnitine helping others I tried it and within 8wks my TSH is completely normal and I’m off my meds. I still take one pill of this daily to keep it regulated and will adjust if future labs show necessary. Writing his for other Graves patients who may find it helpful.

Mood Booster I’m more sociable and less irritated by others when I take this. The pill is on the larger side but it’s worth it to me given the payoff!

Using for neuropathy I’m using this along with ALA for neuropathy in my legs. Combination seems to be helping.
