Worth making part of my supplement regimen. Based on advice from my Functional Medicine NP, I started using Thorne Research Amino Complex and used it for many months. Then, to try and save money, I cut it out of my supplement regimen. I didn’t feel quite as strong as usual (I’m a runner & lift weights/do resistance training for my workouts), so I added it back in. I’m happy with the way it makes me feel and use it each day after my workout again. I notice a difference.
