Great alternative to monohydrate. Completely dissolves. Use lemon juice for taste issues. I just switched from creatine monohydrate to HCl and I’m loving it. My previous monohydrate was also WellBodyNaturals and also 1kg. It served me well for months. I saw great size increases and felt way better. The problem I had with it is that no matter how much water I added, it just never seemed to dissolve completely, and sometimes I would have two liters for only one teaspoon.I figured I would give HCl a try since it dissolves way better despite the numerous complaints around…

Proof it’s quality creatine I was only taking 240 mg, or .24 grams everyday strictly for a month, which is even less than what is called for. I didnt have a diet extremely high in beef or chicken either, eating 5 0z cooked chicken breast daily. I weigh 215 and am 6″ 2. Went to go get my creatinine levels checked and they were 1.31mg/dl. A normal range is .72-1.25 but it’s normal for your levels to go past normal on creatine. So this definitely isn’t a sugar pill and really helped me.

Seems to be working It has only been a few days and my energy is picking up. My weight is up about two pounds, but no bloat. So, I must assume the water weight is within the muscles where it belongs.
